I came here for a work event tonight and I am seriously impressed with everything, the service, the atmosphere, the food. Shout out to my guy Ander that was very welcoming and friendly while I was ordering drinks and a shout out to Reception staff for helping me with my jacket dilemma I was number 93 thank you! Would come back again!
An amazing hotel situated just outside Richmond Park that was perfect for our stay for our wedding happening in the park. We stayed in the suite for the 2 nights which I can not fault and is a beautiful room. Nishi on reception is an exceptional member of the team who looked after us all weekend and kindly left us a hand written card to congratulate us on our wedding. We also hired one of their meeting rooms that we used to meet our wedding party, who weren't staying, on the morning of the wedding and the hotel staff were helpful if providing the best room to suit us and anything we needed, such as mirrors.
After attending the Press Launch for the “wicked afternoon tea” I am overwhelmed with the elite service I received . Starting from the warmest welcome from the host, James upon arrival. Following with the exceptional Nigerian waitress Tommy that ensured we were not only kept reassured at all times but had a great sense of humour . The manager Mario came to verify dietary requirements and followed on with some knowledgable statistics of the collaboration and the elements within. Knowing the history behind the hotel ethos and the interior design was very insightful. The afternoon tea was a pleasant outcome. The variation , the artistry and the precision was evident. The chef and the team have proven themselves so a significant level. Chef Lukasz came out to not only greet but share some personal tips . It was an honour to meet him as the ambassador of the culinary at the hotel. The ambience was calm and inviting. The alternative menu showed a variety of options and even went as far as having tea from Rwanda and Tea from the Himalayan . This shows inclusivity , diversity and culture . Great location, nice hotel. Be warned the parking advertised on booking.com actually adds an unexpected extra £18. They want to force you to book direct I guess but unexpected charges are never a positive experience.
We have stayed at The Richmond Hill before & it's one of three excellent hotels on Richmond Hill, all of them offering something different. This hotel exudes a warmth & welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The service, from lovely Nishi at Reception to Tyler, Miles & the sweetest young lady serving coffee on Boxing Day, is exemplary. Breakfast is a feast & does the best homemade vegan sausages in London (if that's your thing) & runs till 11.00 am. Afternoon tea is another treat. The hotel was super busy with local families meeting up with Grandparents & or friends, international visitors & those just wanting a relaxed & comfortable stay before jetting off to Verbier or Australia. Rooms are clean & crisp in The Hill Collection or delightfully traditional & elegant English Country House in the Georgian Wing.The views from those at the front are amazing. As a gateway to London or the English countryside Richmond Hill Hotel has it all.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, but this message is to thank GIRISH for going over and above with satisfying my special request for a fire to be laid downstairs. Even though Oct.8 was a little early for that, he got some assistance and made it happen! Two Texas ladies were very grateful for his kindness at the very beginning of our 3 week road trip around Ireland. We're home now and still singing this hotel staff’s praises! Well done!
Loved our stay here, staff at front desk was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast buffet was delicious and with many options. Stayed during the holidays, the place was very nicely decorated.
